What Happened in Integrated Specialty Coverage?

On February 19, 2025, Ingetrated Specility Coverage identified unauthorized activity within part of its network. The internal security tools flagged suspicious behavior, prompting an immediate investigation.

In response, ISC quickly contained the threat, alerted law enforcement, and brought in external cybersecurity experts to conduct a full analysis. The investigation confirmed that an unauthorized third party accessed a limited segment of ISC’s systems between February 16 and February 19, 2025.

What Information was taken?

As part of our detailed review, ISC has identified certain files that may include your personal information, specifically:

  • Full name

  • Social Security Number and/or Tax ID

  • Date of birth

  • Driver’s license or government-issued ID

  • Biometric data (e.g., fingerprint images)

  • Basic medical details related to insurance claims or applications

What is the Integrated Specialty doing?

In addition to neutralizing the threat and initiating an investigation, ISC has:

  • Enhanced its technical and security protocols

  • Continued working with leading cybersecurity professionals

  • Begun notifying individuals whose information may have been affected

  • Offered identity protection and credit monitoring services at no cost
