Arbor Associates, Inc. recently discovered a data security breach that exposed some personal and protected health information (PHI). The company provides healthcare staffing, behavioral health services, education recruitment, and patient survey analysis.

What Happened in Arbor Associates Data Breach?

On April 17, 2025, Arbor Associates detected suspicious activity on their network. The company immediately launched a cybersecurity investigation with the help of independent experts. The investigation confirmed that unauthorized access to certain files occurred between April 15 and April 17, 2025. After a thorough file review in May 2025, the company discovered that your data may have been compromised. Arbor Associates is now notifying individuals.

What Information was taken?

The compromised data may include:

  • Full name

  • Contact details

  • Age and biological sex

  • Date of birth

  • Medical service date

  • CPT or diagnosis codes

  • Medical record number

  • Insurance provider name

  • Healthcare provider’s name

No financial account numbers or Social Security numbers have been confirmed as involved, but caution is still advised.

Freeze Your Credit Report
